YESHI – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using Yeshi, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Yeshi is not intended for individuals under 18.

2. Description of Services

Yeshi provides an AI-powered journaling and emotional support platform designed to support self-reflection, personal growth, and emotional awareness.

Yeshi:

• Is an artificial intelligence system.
• Generates responses automatically using machine learning models.
• Does not provide human counseling.
• Does not provide therapy.
• Does not provide medical or psychiatric services.
• Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition.

Your use of the Services is voluntary and for personal development purposes only.

3. AI Disclosure

Yeshi uses artificial intelligence to generate responses.

You acknowledge and understand:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice.
• Yeshi does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.
• AI responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed in real time by a human.

You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and use AI-generated content.

4. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Yeshi is not a healthcare provider.

The Services:

• Do not constitute medical advice.
• Do not constitute psychological advice.
• Are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, call 911 (in the United States) or your local emergency number immediately.

Yeshi is not an emergency service and does not provide crisis intervention.

5. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Notify us of unauthorized account use.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Subscription & Payment Terms

Yeshi offers:

• A free tier with limited features.
• Paid subscription plans (Monthly and Annual).

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the platform where you purchased your subscription.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

7. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all journal entries, text, and content you submit (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Yeshi a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store
• Process
• Transmit
• Display

Your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

We do not sell your personal journal entries.

8. Data & Encryption

Yeshi implements reasonable technical safeguards to protect user data.

Currently:

• Data is encrypted in transit.
• Data is encrypted at rest.
• End-to-end encryption is not currently implemented.

While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI.
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Interfere with system integrity or security.
• Use automated scripts to access the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All app design, branding, logos, software, features, and underlying technology are owned by Yeshi Life Corp. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Future Features

Yeshi may introduce new features, including optional therapist-sharing tools. Such features will be subject to additional disclosures and privacy safeguards when released.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers). Yeshi is not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeshi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Yeshi and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect
• Incidental
• Consequential
• Special
• Punitive damages
• Emotional distress damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Yeshi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Yeshi from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
